1000222 - [Meta] Improve UX and conversion rate of traffic from mozilla.org

Webmaker.org received 350,000 visits from Mozilla.org in 2013.

Assuming a similar volume of referrals in 2014, if we could convert 3% of these visits into Active Contributors, we would hit our 10k target from this alone.

This is a high value opportunity where we are lucky to be able to directly influence the content at source (I.e. the messaging on mozilla.org).

This meta bug will support a number of actions that can help us provide a better UX for this traffic, and to measure and optimize the number of sign-ups from this traffic.

Separate actionable tasks should be filed as blockers to this meta bug.
