1.3T do not required Screen Reader function, please remove this.

Screen Reader function can be found in following steps,
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Device Information
3. Go to More Information
4. Go to Developer
5. Scroll thru the last item Accessibility

Remove the Accessibility section also Screen Reader function from Developer menu.
