STR (taken from bug 993930): 1. Open the Settings app on B2G. 2. Switch to the Browser app. 3. Go to m.youtube.com, play a video, and make it fullscreen. Actual results: When the video is made fullscreen, the Setting app's iframe calls nsFrameLoader::UpdatePositionAndSize. Expected results: nsFrameLoader::UpdatePositionAndSize is not called for iframes of apps in the background.
Seems like bug 1003870 will fix this too.

Redirecting needinfo to Timothy while I'm away.

I didn't get around to making the required b2g builds (one before the fixes to confirm that I see the same problem as Botond, one after to confirm it's gone), and Botond is back next week so I'll just let him verify.

I still see the Settings app's iframe calling nsFrameLoader::UpdatePositionAndSize() whenever a youtube video is made fullscreen or brought out of fullscreen using the STR in comment 0.
