Firefox OS evolves rapidly and strings often don't get used anymore but remain in the locales/.*en-US.properties files containing the strings for localization. This is a burden for localizers because they have to translate them and waste time to find them in the product when verifying that everything works fine (e.g. correct translation in the context, sufficient space). Let's remove what has been identified as unused in Firefox OS 2.0
