The Movistar Chat app instant launches a server error when launched. This app needs to be fixed asap.
see attachment
Repro:
1) install Movistar Chat from marketplace on 1.4 flame
2) launch and verify server error
Expected:
- app launches and loads.

Pretty bad error. We have attempted contact in bug #828439 for UA override with Movistar but no luck. Moving to Preinstalled B2G component.
Lisa, the app is in the Marketplace. Would we have a contact from the submission?

Let's close this as WONTFIX. Preinstalled apps aren't a thing in a post-Firefox OS world.
