Should be self-evident from the URL. Scrolling a layer through a clipping 
rectangle in a parent layer that also contains a GIF image optimized at higher 
then 8 colors can spike processor to 100%, render the entire OS unstable, and 
make important (and properly coded) DHTML sites appear to malfunction.
