In the Gauntlet, log all "initiatives" and seed a discussion that they're the "right" set / reflect everyone's understanding / are complete according to program directors.
This will help David Ascher build a prototyping plan for things that need more outside resources, and all of us understand the resource gaps we may have.
Kicking this over to David. We will discuss this week.
Perhaps we need a system on the same time frame as the Webmaker Tools Group's "Heartbeat."
