win32 2001091703 win2kpro-sp2 There are so many scroll related bugs, I'm not sure which this is related to. Go to URL from a new (Ctrl-N) window. After it's loaded PgDwn and spacebar don't scroll even though it's the top window. Clicking on the scroll bar first doesn't help either, thus it may be related to bug 29030.

well, other than reporting the bug more than a week earlier than bug 103758 and mentioning other similare bug references with regard to focus, as long as it gets fixed, I don't care which bug is open.
