In Indian context, it may make sense to leverage the presence of the Hive India community. Based on that, the next steps in India can be:

Must have:
----------
* Prepare curriculum/content for Hive/Webmaker training for MozCamp. Train people who have been doing great work in Webmaker and help them become more effective!
* Spread out to non-metro cities. Vizag has already been an example. We can do others!

Good to have:

* Easy budget process approvals for Hive initiatives. Special reps budgets?
* Officially register Hive India as a non-profit?

There's a meeting with Vikas this week that will touch on some of the questions here.
