Expected:
- User can RSVP to an event to indicate intention to attend.
- User is prompted to log in if they have not already.
- User can see that they have RSVP'd to an event on the event page.
- User gets an email confirmation of their RSVP.

A couple notes:
- This doesn't do any email stuff. I might make a new ticket for that.
- You'll definitely need to get the latest events service.
