Attempting SSH reboot...Failed.
Filed IT bug for reboot (bug 1004867)

Since April 12th, it has apparently been dying cloning the tools repo, with the very odd
abort: error: Connection timed out
program finished with exit code 255
elapsedTime=21.247078
21 seconds seems like a remarkably short timeout for anything related to hg.

I'm not surprised I tried to reboot it again, but I'm a little surprised I didn't disable it. Until now.

And then someone reenabled it. And I just redisabled it, since it's still busted.

I terminated the slave and enabled in slavealloc.
