100577 - resize grabber in Advanced Edit & Form Manager covers part of ok button

Only on OS X do I see a problem where the resizer on the Advanced Property
Editor  cuts into the ok button.  On other macOS's I see that the resizer is the
correct size and color.

reproducibility: Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open composer
2.Insert a horizontal line using the h.line button on the toolbar
3.Double-click on the hrule to bring up the propertie window
4.Click on the Advanced Edit button

Actual Results:
The resize button covers part of the ok button and is not grey to match the
window color.  On other Mac Os's I see that the resizer matches the color of the
window.

Expected Results:
I would expect the resizer to be the proper size and color.

This can also be seen for the form manager under Edit -> View Saved Data while
in the browser.

Sounds like some kind of widget problem; apparently this isn't Composer-specific.
Does it matter what Theme you are using?

This is a far reaching problem that affects many windows:
1. The arrows on the vertical scrollbar in the main browser window is covered by
the grow box when the status bar is turned off and there is no horizontal
scrollbar (This is made worse by the new 'hide toolbar button' on top level windows)
2. The image/cookie manager dialog
3. The form manager and composer 'Advanced Edit' dialogs (bug 100577)
4. The offline indicator in many mail windows including the address book (bug 90489)
5. The 'Customize Sidebar' window (bug 111004)
6. The 'Manage Bookmarks' dialog
7. And probably most other resizable mac windows)

I think that this is a major problem because often important widgets are
covered. UI consistency and correctness is pretty important.

I agree with ajfeldman, this makes us look bad and hardly rates the trivial 
severity/future TFV.  Can we get this one reconsidered?
