100598 - Acount setup wizard: Finish button is not working

Build: 0919 0.9.4 build
OS: Mac OS 9.1 ja

With above build, Finish button on the last screen of account setup wizard is
not working, clicking on the button doesn't do anything.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Mail with a new profile or with a profile w/o any mail/news account
setup yet.
2. Bring up account setup wizard by selecting Edit | Mail and News account settings.
3. Select any type of account, fill up all the necessary info and proceed to the
last screen. Then click on Finish button. 
The screen is not closed. Nothing happens.
4. For AOL and Netscape webmail accunt type, clicking on Cancel on the same
screen will close the window, and account will be setup. But for ISP account
type, click on Cancel won't be able to make the account setup.
