We should make this look a *little* bit better.

I'd love to see how we should expose the global "casting enabled" toggle, and how UX would like to:

* expose the Android devices's current network and IP address;
* an entry box for the Roku's IP address.

I'm considering keeping a history of "seen" Roku devices, and differentiating connected from un-connected devices.  Happy to have feedback here.

Other things, not part of styling, but nice to have: 
* A way to override the "friendly name" sent by the device. Tap a device and name it locally. Then the name would be used in the devices list when casting. Nice for times when you have 2 or more Rokus and they all are name "Roku Streaming Player".
* Add a fixed (not discovered) device for those times when UPnP is not configured in the netwrok, but you know the device's IP.
