User taps Marketplace App without Wi-Fi or Data Connection enabled and goes to the Home page of Featured Apps. Scrolling to the App 'Drawl' and select the blue Free button one or multiple times leads to a different screen with a server-side error message of Oh No! A server error occurred. Please try again later.

Prerequisites:
1. Disable Wi-Fi and Data Connection in Settings.

Repro Steps (option 1)
1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140506014003
2) Tap Marketplace App
3) In Featured Apps on Home, tap the blue 'Free' button to the right of Drawl

Repro Steps (option 2)
1. Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140506014003
2. Open marketplace with a network connection
3. Disable the connection
4. Try to install the featured apps (Drawl)

Actual:
Error message reads Oh No! A server error occurred. Please try again later.

Expected:
User not allowed to access Marketplace at any time while there is no internet connection (Wi-Fi or Data)

This issue does not reproduce on 1.3 Buri. Following the STR from Comment 0, user cannot access Marketplace with pre-requisites completed. If user disbaled Wi-Fi or Data Connection after accessing Marketplace first with an enabled connection, user is prevented from making a selection as the device automatically displays the 'Sorry you need to be online to access the Marketplace' message.

New builds now say "NETWORK ERROR" in a popup at the bottom of the screen.
