#STR:

1. Flash your phone with the latest build.
2. Launch Const Control app. ("Usage")
3. Tap next, until you reach "Data Alert" step.
4. Enable "Data use alert"
5. Inspect the data alert selector menu. ("When use is above").

#Expected results:
Menu should be usable and editable.

#Actual results:
No value is chosen and you cannot edit the field.

I tested this on previous build and this is not reproducible.

This issue does not reproduce on the latest 1.4 Buri build. Following the STR from Comment 0, the data alert selector was usable and editable every time.
