This is the first time I've seen the room search being down in one of our larger rooms with an HD230.
I've rebooted the vidyo box and the small crestron unit in the idf closet with no luck. Seems to be the same issue we're having with bug 1007684.
With the vidyo remote in the room, everything else works fine.

This is fixed. Did some troubleshooting and found the contact-parsing module was hanging for some reason. I restarted the program and room search appears to be restored.
For future troubleshooting of this type of thing - rebooting the processor doesn't always solve the issue, but restarting the program while the processor is running might.
I'd start by pressing the recessed "SW-R" button on the front of the CP3N - this restarts the program without rebooting the hardware.

This is back up. Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to do this next time if it comes up again.
