I recently added my PGP key to my profile at bugzilla.mozilla.org, to receive encrypted email about security-related bugs. The encrypted messages I get from BMO have the message subject altered to begin with ***UNCHECKED***; see http://www.zimbra.com/forums/administrators/21803-solved-unchecked.html
