Here is a stab at the graphic. I used fontawesome ( fa-picture-o [])

Given the community's feedback on the accessibility portion of this badge, perhaps we can lean on that for the graphic design?
What are some common ways of visually representing accessibility?

originally I read the badge as 100% accessibility, for which I used a person in a wheelchair, but that didn't feel correct. Am I wrong?

Right, so this is probably the trickiest one to represent visually. We'd proposed removing accessibility as a top-level item, but the community was up in arms about that. So we're stuck with a split competency.
I would suggest *not* going with wheelchair, but something that indicates a colour palette - which seems to speak to both?

Only because this is the design badge, I'm going to be a tad bit nitpicky. The icon doesn't seem exactly centred. Is about 2-3px too far to the left, and is too high as well.
