100780 - Netscape crashes when clicking on insert in insert character menu when composer is closed

If you choose click on the Characters and symbols option in the Insert menu and
close composer then click on the insert button, then composer will crash.

Reproducibility: Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Composer
2.Click on insert -> Characters and Symbols
3.Close the composer window
4.Switch to the Insert Character menu in the task menu
5.Click n insert

Actual Results:
Netscape will crash completely.

Expected Results:
I would expect composer not to crash.

Works for me using Mac/2001091311 (0.9.4) and Mac/2001092010. Reporter, can you 
reproduce this using a Mozilla build? Or, can you provide a trace or dump pertaining to 
this?

Sounds like a bug thats probably a dupe. I'll rummage around bugzilla for a
while, but can't see anything so far.

I only was able to recreate this on a Mac using OS X.  But on the other versions
of the Mac OS the "Character and Symbols" window stayed open after closing
composer.  Since it is unusable in the browser shouldn't the "Character and
Symbols" window close with what opened it (composer or mail)?
