Bug 990003 decouples callscreen from dialer app;
now it pretends to be an attention screen but actually not.

Since we are going to open attention-screen permission to privileged apps,
I propose to
(1) [Callscreen work] Remove the open/close transitions from callscreen app.
(2) [System work] Implement a simple CallscreenWindow to have the slidedown/slideup transition in system app which replaces the removed transitions in (1)

I believe that Alive is the first person you need to ask, and at the this stage I have no information to provide.

And, I don't think I "supervise" your work, what I can do is to help you when it's possible :)
