100818 - installer dialog too small

Current installer dialog is too small for other language on Linux 7.1. See 
Japanese screenshot below. This doesn't happen on 6.x or 7.0.

The dialog is also too narrow to display the "Mozilla Preview Release Read Me"
text without wrapping. Look at the below screenshot and it will be clear.

Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:

1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again

If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.

ruixu, please look with yxia into this issue and determine if this is still a
problem using the latest build and confirm this bug.  We should nominate it as
nsbeta1 in case it is still a problem.

The installer still looks like attachment 51461 [details] on Debian GNU/Linux for me. The
user has to manually increase the size of the installer dialog to prevent line
wrapping in the dialogs.

No no no, this is not a dupe of that bug. The original report was about another
part of the installer, see comment 10, and I accidentally spammed this bug with
non-relevant things.

increase the window size if they need to?

Originally this bug is not about the dialog size, it's about the line space 
between the text. Please take a look the red line again at the attachment 
id=50134.

OK, let me explain it here:

On the installer type selection dialog, there are 3 types, Recommand, Full and 
Custom, and each of them followed by a description. Since the dialog is too 
tight, when localize it to other language like Japanese, the installation type 
description will be all squeezed together, user can not easily see which line 
is for which type. See screenshot attachment 50134 [details].
