To allow tracking of update effectiveness in analytics, we should add a custom dimension to UA that holds the marketplace package's build id.

The dimension should be 16.

DB will add this to his spreadsheet that tracks these things as well as GA admin.

Once this is done, we need to create a new package and test that this is findable in GA, which will allow us to verify that analytics are working (in general) as of that build.

Adding Krupa and qa+, because we need this to be tested on a Tarako device, and QA must be able to validate that this bug is closed. I can look at the GA side. Note that the milestone is next week, because this is related to verifying bug 1061697.
