100856 - the page layout gets distorted when I change the View/TextSize/to something greater than the default 100% size

on RedHat Linux 7.1 and Win2000 --- buildID:- 2001-09-19-04-0.9.4 (branch Build)

1. Go to the url mentioned above
2. Go to view/textSize/ and change the text size to 150% or 200% (original size 
is 100%)

actual:
the page gets distorted (see the screenshoot attached)

actually the View/TextSize change greater than (100%) distorts any page 
Go to http://www.hotmail.com , http://www.msn.com , etc.

Madhur, what distortion is this bug about?  I see two problems in the screen
shot of netscape.com:
1. The <select> element doesn't resize (bug 62384).
2. The mail button is partially duplicated.

For msn.com, the only problem I see is that the table near "search the web"
becomes distorted, but that happens in Internet Explorer too.

For hotmail.com, I don't see any problems.

Reassigning to Rod for the combobox issue. 
The combobox should either get higher when the textsize is changed or setting
the text size should not affect the combobox.

this is a dup, reloading the page should fix it, I worked on this for a while
and nothing jumped out at me.

Reloading the page is definitely a workaround - but the inital distortion would 
leave a user unhappy.
The distortion should never be visible in the first place.
