investigate unsent messages folder migration

looking at nsMessengerMigrator.cpp, we attempt to migrate the unsent messages 
folder to what is was in 4.x.  if the user didn't use imap in 4.x (pop or 
movemail) we'd try to set the unsent messages uri to the migrated 4.x Unsent 
Messages folder, which would not be the one on Local Folders.

this is good, if the user had unsent messages in 4.x when they migrated, but I 
think bad things will happen if they delete that pop account.  

For one, I think the old pref will remain, and sending messages later will not 
work.

bah, I hate migration.

marking this bug as a dup of 40692.

I feel this is a dup of 40692 because these two bugs are referring to the 2 
unsent message folders that get created when migrating a profile. If anyone 
feels they are different issues please reopen.
