This is cloned from bug 997584 comment 37.

Actual result:
If we set CLIR mode for one SIM, then the mode of the other is changed accordingly.

Expected:
Setting CLIR mode for one SIM doesn't affect the other SIM.

CLIR modes are interactive.

From log, you will see we set CLIR mode to 1 for both SIMs. Then we only set CLIR mode to 2 for one SIM, but both SIMs mode become 2 afterwards.

The pac file is the one "0429 user build". (Sorry I don't have the exact name right now :P )
