I am trying to debug my web page operation when running on the Firefox OS reference phone (T2 Mobile B2G 1.4.0.0). Launching any web pages in multiple tabs in the browser of the device, connecting App Manager to the phone and opening the Device->Browser Tabs panel, the panel is always empty and does not show the web pages.

App Manager is working ok otherwise - I am able to connect and install a packaged app and view its logs as it prints.

This is confusing I agree.  I hope we'll clean it up soon.  The issue is that the "browser tabs" feature today only actually works when connecting to Firefox for Android.  We should hide it when connecting to Firefox OS for now (bug 993498).  We hope to support it there in the future (see bug 975084).
