1010751 - Add "Bugzilla@Mozilla" to the From header, so email clients don't just display "[e-mail]"

b.m.o bugmails currently don't have a sender name set in the from header, meaning that they display in email clients such as K-9 Mail as being from "[e-mail]", which takes up more on-screen real-estate and looks less friendly than "Bugzilla" or "Mozilla Bugzilla".

ie instead of:
> From: [e-mail]

Please can we have:
> From: Bugzilla <[e-mail]>

I don't know whether this is configurable via the admin panel (hence the current component), or would need to be changed upstream.

Note I'm specifically not asking for the request in bug 126151, since that's a bit of a rathole & harder to implement (for now).

i went with [% terms.BugzillaTitle %], which is "Bugzilla@Mozilla" on bmo.

admittedly this bug made my bugmail (in gmail, especially on mobile) harder to read and ugly...

(especially for mail I got with the old address first).

that said, I also consider the damage already done, and recognize that everyone's preferences are different in this regard. But I would certainly have loved more of a widespread announce (+ a mini discussion) before this went live, as I know many whom had filters that this likely messed up. [I once had filters that would have been broken, not anymore though]
