Description:
In Settings/Bluetooth on the Bluetooth Request Form, the Bluetooth Request Form screen displays LTR and not RTL. This LTR does occur on the Buri 1.3 Moz RIL

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140515000202
2) Tap on Settings app from the home screen
3) Tap on Bluetooth
4) Start and receive a Bluetooth request from a another phone
5) Observe the Bluetooth Request Form screen displays LTR

Actual:
The Bluetooth Request Form screen displays LTR

Expected:
The Bluetooth Request Form screen displays RTL

Can no longer repro on Flame on 2.0 build (July 2, 2014 build for vertical homescreen bug bash). See attached screenshot of RTL alignment on BT screen. Resolving as fixed until we hear otherwise.

You're right. This is more a worksforme as we don't know what commit fixed the issue.
