Details

When I click the "html 4 button", the text in the cells of the table wrap,
causing the whole page to move down. Nothing should change.

This is on todays linux build.

I've seen a similar effect on other sites, such as dotster:
https://www.dotster.com/Account/Search/
Unfortunatly you'll need a dotster account to use that page. There, the whole
page gets shorter when you click the submit button, though nothing wraps/unwraps
to cause the change.
