Let's have the technical discussion here for splitting the Music app into UI and Player.

My rough idea is to have two apps, one is Music UI app and the other one is Music Player app(inproc), please see the proposal for details, and you can comment on both the proposal or this bug directly, thanks.

This is effectively bug 1161497 now, albeit with some (significant) architectural changes.
