Seen on Fx30beta5, I am not getting the dialog offering to allow startup in safe mode when crashing the third time (or more) as per toolkit.startup.max_resumed_crashes = 3 I was testing the fix for bug 951906 and decided to enable the crashy addon from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=951906#c31. I got multiple crashes on startup, I was never offered the option to start in safe mode. My only option to recovery was to manually pull the Thunder addon out of the profile directory. I'll investigate further to find the regression window and if this is just Mac or not.

AFAICT, this is a dupe of bug 892885. Feel free to reopen if that's incorrect, however.
