1012849 - Need branches of mozilla-b2g/codeaurora_kernel_msm for mako/hammerhead

In addition to the prebuilt-binary repos mentioned in 1010636, we also need somewhere to store the source, for reasons that should be obvious.  We already have a clone of the kernel/msm repo, at https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/codeaurora_kernel_msm, but we'd need new branches.  That repo isn't in the Chefs group so I can't push directly, and new branch creation can't use the GitHub pull request process.

The upstream source is https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/msm/ and the branches we need are:

* android-msm-mako-3.4-kitkat-mr1
* android-msm-hammerhead-3.4-kitkat-mr1

Additionally, if I understand our branch naming scheme correctly, we also need to push them as, respectively:

* b2g-msm-mako-3.4-kitkat-mr1
* b2g-msm-hammerhead-3.4-kitkat-mr1

I've added codeaurora_kernel_msm to Chefs.

There's no branch naming scheme that applies specifically to the branches you're looking at - the current s/android/b2g/ scheme is only for AOSP originated *tags*. If you're happy with that though, go for it.
