Will likely also need a designee for the update manifest server, but that's not nailed down yet.

Bug 984160 tracks this project in general. I don't think there is a good design overview yet, so we will need somebody to create one. ekr is that you?

Josh -- Is there any additional design documentation on Gecko Media Plugins or OpenH264 plugin integration?  I want to avoid recreating something we already have.  Thanks.
