Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open about:config
2. toggle nglayout.debug.paint_flashing

Actual Results:
Repainted curved tab when toggle nglayout.debug.paint_flashing.
(In Nightly32.0a1, Repainted whole page, this is Bug 1013543)

Expected Results:
curved tab should not be repainted
