Steps to reproduce:

Open installed web app clicking on links and attempting to open bottom menu to refresh page


Actual results:

no response from arrow in lower right corner when pressed.


Expected results:

bottom menu should open when expansion arrow is pressed

Facebook, Youtube, any web application with bottom expandable navigation panel for back, forward, and refresh.

Ahh... I know what this is now. 
The bottom right arrow that should bring up the left and right arrow as well as the refresh and the button to collapse the menu back down.

Navigator bar will have new look, in the upper left side will have back/forward button for navigation, and upper right side will have button for other options available. Please update gaia to the latest version and try it.

There is a navigation bar once you start moving between pages. I'm on the 20140901 build, testing with the Facebook app. Once issue present is, when you are going back from a page, there is no "forward" button like on the bottom up navigation.
