1013677 - content in edit bookmark panel is cut off if sync promo panel is visible

STR:

1. Start Firefox with a freh profile
2. click the bookmark star icon
3. click the arrow to the right of "Folder"
4. the content is cut off, see the screenshot

5. close the sync promo and restart Firefox
6. repeat steps 2 and 3
7. there are no problems

Tested with Firefox 29.0.1 Stable and Firefox 32.0a1 Nightly on Mac OS X 10.9.3.

Hi Ryan. It seams that this issue only reproduces on retina displays. Managed to track down the regression range on it and it seams that:
the last good build is from 2013-03-27 (22.0a1)
the first bad build is from 2013-03-28 (22.0a1).

That's the same range as bug 1013682, which means it's almost certainly another regression from bug 852775. I'm going to dupe this bug over to that one since there's already more discussion happening there.
