Step to reproduce
Enter Edit Mode
Create a second group with an icon
Create a third group with an icon
Drag the icon from the second group to the first group
Try to replace the icon to the group where it belonged 

Actual result
The dividers are merged when the icon leave the area of one divider.
The icon can be moved to another group or to a new one.

Expected result
This case has not been documented in UX specs. Nevertheless, I think that the dividers should stay until the drop is done. Thus, a user can be mistaken while dragging and cancel the move. What do you think?

Just taking these bugs so no one else does as I'm doing a pretty big refactoring of how this works in bug 1017360.

Bug 1017360 has now landed a lot of dragdrop improvements, and this was one of them. Now dividers will stick around until you actually let go of the icon. Thanks!
