Steps to reproduce:

Disclaimer : if you try to reproduce this you 'll have to reset your device since the menu is inaccessible afterwards
settings>language>arabic


Actual results:

a white space appeared to the left shifting the menu to the right which made the list of languages inaccessible
Attache the device to a USB debugger and change the setting CSS...This happends to Arabic because the language is written from right to left
