[B2G][Homescreen] When quickly moving an icon towards the end of a new group, it will actually go in front of the last icon in the group
Description: When quickly moving an icon on the vertical homescreen to the end of a group, it is not placed at the end of the group. The icon is instead placed in front of the icon that was at the end of the group to begin with Prerequisites: Enable Vertical Homescreen in settings. Just taking these bugs so no one else does as I'm doing a pretty big refactoring of how this works in bug 1017360.

Verified that the refactoring in bug 1017360 has fixed this problem as well. Let me know if you have any further problems with this.
