Description:
When quickly moving an icon on the vertical homescreen to the end of a group, it is not placed at the end of the group. The icon is instead placed in front of the icon that was at the end of the group to begin with

Prerequisites: Enable Vertical Homescreen in settings. Have at least 2 groups

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140523073020
2) Long press on an icon to enable edit mode
3) Quickly move an icon to the very end of a group

Actual:
The icon will not go to the end of the group, and will instead move in front of the icon that was at the end of the group to begin with

Expected:
Icon is moved to the end of a group

Just taking these bugs so no one else does as I'm doing a pretty big refactoring of how this works in bug 1017360.
