User Story

As a signed-in FF browser user I can retry to call after a failure to connect so that I can conveniently re-dial the same user using the same method (audio only or audio+video) with a single click.

https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-mvp-spec/#link-prompt
Upon call failure provide a "Retry button" to the user so that he can re-initiate a call to the same user using the same calling method (audio only or audio+video).
User Story: (updated)
This is required when clicking a call-back link on Firefox or when initiating a direct call from the desktop UI.

RT - question again of how this ranks against other fit and finish and contacts/fxa work. I'm thinking this could be a mozilla35 as well, but want your thoughts.

This bug is for a signed-in user so I tagged this with [FxA]. If we want this same behavior with a call-back link, that's a new (separate) standalone bug. Shell, Romain -- can we retain the current user story and make this bug just for the signed-in user case? If so, can we group these with the other FxA user stories?

I've moved this to mozilla35. If a call doesn't go through, I believe the link clicker today can press Start again to retry the call. If that's not good enough, please chime in here.

Sure, a non signed-in user will never be able to re-dial. The scenario for re-dialling from the link clicker UI is addressed on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1039962 Changing the name of the bug so that it is obvious this is a signed-in user scenario.

I'd love this for the first release of FxA & contacts, but I wouldn't block on this.
