User Story

As a user, when setting up my Firefox account using my Phone Number as an ID, I want my phone number to be automatically determined (if possible), this will save me time when setting up a new account.

Assumption:
Using the Phone Number associated with SIM1 if multiple SIMs are present.

AC:
1. When setting up a new Firefox Account or Enabling an existing Firefox Account The user can have their Phone number be programmatially added to the ID field.
2. The Phone number is correct and is the one currently associated with the Phone
3. The Phone Number from SIM1 is used if multiple SIMs are present.
