Reproduced on latest Nightly (buildID: 20140527153317 ,rev:cbe4f69c2e9c) and Firefox 30 beta (buildID: 20140527130117, rev:b1f29e6adc69)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build Firefox with GStreamer 1.0
2. Visit https://vimeo.com/ and click on a video.
(Example: http://vimeo.com/channels/staffpicks/96000990)
3. Play the video.

Expected results: The buffer bar stops after reaching it's limits.

Actual results: The buffer bar surpasses the limit of stretch and overlaps volume, fullscreen icons.

Notes:
1. If 'media.gstreamer.enabled' has value 'false' the issue does not reproduce anymore.
2. I can only see this on Vimeo website.
Summary: Buffer bar getting out of it`s limits on vimeo using GStreamer 1.0 → Buffer bar getting out of its limits on vimeo using GStreamer 1.0
I can confirm this issue on Firefox 33.0a1 (2014-07-20) with the latest gstreamer packages installed on Fedora Linux.
