Steps: - Load any URL on a tab Result: The connecting/loading spinners are circling around out-of-whack, see http://screencast.com/t/fViRLzExHEh Expected result: The spinner circle in one place. I 1st noticed this on May 23, 2014 http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=13576205#p13576205 3rd party confirms on http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=13581665#p13581665 http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=13581893#p13581893 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=759252#c52 this happens even in "Safe Mode"
I'm pretty sure this has to do with an errant transform-origin getting applied, but I'm not sure where that is coming from.
