Steps to reproduce:
Install a home panel. (wikipedia, instagram, pocket)

Actual results:
- Feeds should be added to the home page.

Expected results:
- "No content could be found for this panel" is displayed on about:home

It might have been Bug 996708 that caused the regression.

Yeah, a regression window would be handy here.

This was caused by bug 990066. I'm going to back out that patch.

Installing wikipedia, vimeo, etc. feeds are shown on the home page. 
But with pocket panel the Bug 1010986  is still reproducible.
I will mark the bug as verified fixed since the lists are not empty anymore.
