Steps To Reproduce:
1. Reduce browser height (～800px)
2. Open preferences
3. Select Applications pane
4. Scroll to bottom
5. Select Advanced pane

Actual Results:
Tab menus of Advanced pane are out of visible region

Expected Results:
Tab menus of Advanced pane should always be visible
Is this an issue with in content preferences (that display where web content normally displays) or the traditional preferences that open a new dialog window?

Thanks. In content prefs have been disabled in 32 (bug 1023957). Updating tracking and status flags.

There is a plan to make the in-content prefs all on one page and use the categories as anchors to the separate groups. If we go that route, then this bug will be fixed.
Otherwise, we could simply reset the scroll position when categories are changed.
