Steps to reproduce:
Open new preferences tab (Edit→Preferences).
Click on any element of left menu.
Actual results:
The clicked element of left menu gets selected but nothing changes in right plane of the page. Only the first page of preferences is accessible.
Expected results:
Contents of left plane should change to show items proper to the item selected in the left menu.

This should be fixed in today's 32.0a1 (2014-06-02) nightly build by bug 795764.
Reopen the bug if it isn't.
