1018981 - Language to translate to box has the same colour as the infobar and up/down arrows are missing

STR:
1. Start firefox
2. Change prefs 'browser.translation.detectLanguage' and 'browser.translation.ui.show'to true
3. Restart firefox
4. Visit https://www.google.fr/
5. Click Translate

Expected result: The box of language that we translate to is the same with the language we translate from, same colour/size.

Actual result: The box is coloured as the info bar making it hard to see and up/down arrows are missing from the box

Note:
1. This issue appeared after bug 988480 was fixed.
2. Reproduced on Nightly with rev: 027e50b0286e

Verified as fixed on Mac OS X 10.9.2 using build with revision dcc3e1da2ebe.
