I'm moderating jobs@lists.mozilla.org, and I got 2 posts recently that - as usual - were from non-subscribers and needed moderation approval. I followed the admin link in the notification mail: https://lists.mozilla.org/admindb/jobs?msgid=91283fce0960195849987b8065db3e0286fde15d Piste 02.06.2014 16:43 and got the error: "The message you requested does not exist, or has already been dealt with." I visited the admin page and got this error only 5 minutes after the original posting. Obviously, the reason could be that the poster cancelled it. But at least one poster said he did not cancel the post. Given that this happened twice in a row in short time, with different posters, and previously didn't happen like this, I wonder what the cause it. Might be human error (he indeed canceled and didn't tell me), or a software problem, e.g. with spam filters. If the first, I apologize.
The other poster now also confirmed that he did NOT cancel the post, so there's a software problem.

Both posters resubmitted, and I could see their second post, e.g. https://lists.mozilla.org/admindb/jobs?msgid=df6f32601d84ba470196ec7a24e502946d422936 and approve it and it was distributed to list members.

This is paging on call. I've lowered the priority but will try and find someone to work on this for you.

Can you ping me this when this happens again? We will also be migrating to a new datacenter with an updated package (Which i believe at the time of this posting the version of mailman has not been updated) which will probably fix this issue.
