Description:
Incoming call does not have a icon when the user is on the Lockscreen

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140602072051
2) Proceed to the Lockscreen on the DUT
3) With a 2nd device, call the DUT

Actual:
There is no call icon displayed when an incoming call occurs on the Lockscreen.

Expected:
The call icon to be shown when on the Lockscreen.

Issue reproduces on 2.0 Buri.

Issue does NOT repro on 1.4 Flame.

I've checked the visual refresh spec from bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=950760 and found that actually we don't have incoming call icon on lockscreen. Also, from the original UX spec, it didn't show up as well (please check p.20 of the attachment). Hence, this is not a bug. Flagging Vicky to double-confirm it. Thanks!

Hey, this is not a bug, as there's no other option than incomming call there, we don't need to indicate the direction of the communication. This icons are used in the unlocked incomming call, just to identify if it's incomming or outgoing. In this case it would be redundant. So, this is not a bug.
